Confidentiality
The contracts signed with FAXE Assessoria have a CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT that deals with the non-disclosure of non-public information related to clinical trials and development programs, experimental compounds and operational and support capacities in relation to clinical trials for the purpose of evaluating and discussing a potential business relationship.
Confidential information includes:
- The business, financial information, trade secrets;
- Scientific information, methodologies, know-how, studies;
- Compound materials, formulations, toxicology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, preclinical and clinical data;
- Manufacturing, marketing plans;
- All information related to the import and export process;
- Anonymity of participants and sponsors;
- Other topics to be defined with the customer.
